Summary
Viktor wants nothing more than to love Jayce Talis but not the King of Piltover. Unfortunately, they are one and the same. But as a treaty and political marriage with the Empire of Noxus is threatened by the Duchy of Zaun making a bid for independence, that illusion shatters.
