Summary
“Isn’t that awful? How could I be so selfish to wish for a time before we saved the dawn — when so many were suffering and dying? All for my own shallow wants. What a stupid, selfish thought!”
“Would it still be selfish if I wanted it too?”
~~~~~~~~~~~Agnea and Hikari finally get the chance to catch up after what feels like both an eternity and an instant. Some things come to the surface that should have been addressed long ago, before certain choices were made...
Summary
“You have a kind heart. I owe you, Agnea.” She smiled at him, but in her eyes, it was as if he saw his own physical pain reflected at him. Was she still hurt from the battle too? Before he could ask, he saw the reflections blur, then instinctively shut his eyes as the droplets fell onto his face.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Things go south after a brutal battle in a nearby dungeon and Agnea can't help but worry. Was there really nothing else she could have done to prevent this? How could she be so useless?
Basically, Hikari pushes himself too hard and Agnea thinks she hasn't pushed herself hard enough.

Co-authored by my brother based on a story we created using AI Dungeon.
Consequently, plot points may kind of come out of nowhere, but I fixed it up as best as I can :)All is going well in Fódlan until the Kingdom suffers from a minor rebellion, then everything seems to fall apart. It is up to Dimitri and Claude to put their land back in order and make Fódlan a better place to live.

Sweet dreams?
