D) Sam/Jared, or Dean/Jensen is pregnant, but (for whatever reason) has kept it a hidden and a secret from the other person. They have a few more weeks to go in the pregnancy when they suddenly go into labour on Christmas Eve/Christmas day leaving the other shocked man to deal with delivering their baby. Eventually ends up as a happy ending, bringing the two men together :-)
