The blood was difficult to get off in a hurry, but he had made do as he scrubbed himself down as quickly as possible before meeting his Hokage, aware of Tsunade-sama's aversion to blood. Some of it got in his hair again. Kakashi didn't like the stains the blood left in his light hair but knew it was useless to bother getting it out when he would just get drenched in the viscous liquid again in a matter of hours. He didn't look into the mirror all that much anymore lately anyway.
