Rumi is normal, or well as normal as anybody would be after being homeless for their entire life. Sure she has a weird birthmark, her teeth are sharp, sometimes her eyes look gold sometimes, and she's a lot stronger then she probably should be but she's normal enough.
Oh and she has been traumatized by something that she made up in her head as a kid. Or so she thinks
