Summary
Zuko's brain recognizes that he's not longer in immediate danger with the Gaang (except Katara, shiver me timbers), so now he gets to actually process everything that had happened since Ba Sing Se, YAY. Which also means, that now he's obviously going to have a bodily reaction to such processing.
Basically: Zuko's mind and body apparently just hate each other and one way or another he'll pass out. YAY PT2.

Summary
A "Zuko never meets the Gaang and suddenly becomes Fire Lord after three years of literal torture" AU. In which the Gaang doesn't know what to think of this new Fire Lord who happens to be the missing nephew of Aang's firebending teacher, Iroh is misunderstanding a few things, and, sure, maybe the world hates the Fire Nation, but the Fire Nation LOVES Zuko, and he can work with that.

Sokka finds out that Zuko’s life-threatening, Sozin-comet-powered, crazy-blue-fire-prodigy-inflicted lightning wound didn’t scar.
And Sokka’s got questions about that.
Because if that didn’t scar, how in Koh’s lair did he get the one on his face?
Or: The one in which there are uncomfortable conversations, dramatic life-threatening events, and undiscovered traumatic depths to be plumbed on a weekend beach vacation. As is the ATLA norm.
