After the events of No Way Home, Peter is completely alone, the entire world having forgot him. Unfortunately for him, that means Nick Fury sees him as an dangerous, unknown enhanced individual and sends the Avengers to bring him in.
(not totally canon compliant, Natasha is alive but Tony still died in the snap, Bruce and the Hulk are not merged like they were in endgame, Steve never stayed in the past so he's normal not old, and the event of No Way Home all happened [lowkey I just forgot about some of those things happening until I was already like 4 chapters in, sorry lol])

Summary
May died in the aftermath of a battle. The Avengers don't notice the collateral damage they leave behind. Peter is alone, balancing bills, jobs and school while he spends sleepless nights as Spider-Man, a vigilante that is growing more reckless trying to save everyone as he slowly reaches his breaking point. Tony Stark notices the erratic and distant behavior of the once bright-eyed vigilante. He decides to track him down, starting with the first lead he has: Peter Parker, the secretive Daily Bugle photographer.

Summary
The Avengers were tasked to hunt down an unregistered and unidentified vigilante in New York. But if there's one thing Peter would protect in the expanse of his life, it's his identity as Spider-Man. He have a family to protect after all.
He can't just give it away even if his childhood heroes are chasing him down like an animal.But SHIELD isn't the only institution that is looking for him.

Summary
Peter parker has nothing. Not even a home, he barely eats, barely sleeps, his life is hard enough but the Avengers make it harder. Having to fight and actively avoid them. it's getting harder now that they realized he mostly fights in Queens, everytime they see him they attack.
The Avengers fully believe he is a grown adult that is a threat to society for some reason that peter doesn't understand, maybe its his voice changer he made in his 'suit' or how his shoes made him taller then he actually is, and his baggy 'suit' he wears, making him look bigger rather then a frail tiny starving teenager he actually is. And he intends to keep it that way, but things don't always go his way- or even ever go his way.
The Avengers realize he is actually a child a little too late.
