Summary
Raptors, a problem for Ingen from the start. Even before they escaped during that fateful storm they'd been a source of many headaches in the forms of maiming and death.
So what happens when raptors are brought back to Isla Nublar a different way? Not in a project headed by Ingen and Hoskins, but by Simon Masrani? With over half a million guests to worry about each day and the rest of Masrani global to worry about he couldn't exactly worry about taking on such a project himself, nor was he qualified to, and he couldn't leave poor Claire to oversee it either. She had enough on her plate as it was.
When some researched for an appropriate candidate leads him to Owen Grady however is when a plan hatches in his mind.

Whatever he was, be it God or human… had been decimated.
Title denounced. Body deflowered. Mind devoured. By the very evil he swore to protect. Even his very soul was little more than a dying flame, soon yet to be smothered by the self righteous hand of justice.
Was rescuing him right? Or was it just cruelty for the sake of good?
Cruelty or not, love was a leash held taut to the heart. And whilst a tether to life may snap on a whim, heartstrings hold strong.
