The premise is that we have entered a world where "The Purge" (from the horror films) exists, and has been extended to a full 24 hours every year and the pedo community takes full advantage. Every chapter will occur within a single 24 period, and each one (with the exception of the prequel) will feature a completely different story, some expected... some less so.
