"Travis had had the feeling that something was strange when his boss had given him a quick description and asked him to "stay in his place” and “don't make any trouble“.
It was only later that he came to understand these warnings.He took the wheel of the company's sumptuous car and drove to the address he had been given, a luxurious hotel lined with taxis and vehicles similar to his own.
He had no trouble recognising his client. The description he had been given left little room for doubt.
The guy may not have been very tall, but his sun-tanned skin, his scowl and the large scar across his left eye set him apart from all the other onlookers waiting beside him.The man watched the traffic impatiently. Finally, he met Travis's gaze and settled into the back seat, slamming the door with a relieved sigh.
"Hello Mr Montana. Thank you for choosing Blackline Transportation for your visit to New York. Where can I drop you off?", Travis recited wearily."
Or, after the shooting, Travis finds a new job and has an interesting client...
