    Summary

On the new moon before his impending manhood, a man comes to John's village, and like the naive boy he still is, John goes with him willingly. Its a long time before John is allowed to make another choice and when he does, it might be even stupider than trusting Jonathan Price... Or maybe it's the choice that saves not only John himself, but an entire species.

    Summary

Chris remembers the first time he saw them.

He remembers the anger burrowing behind his ribcage like a knife, quick and sharp, and he remembers the anger over being angry. Neither Piers nor Leon are his. They’re their own people. They’re free to do whatever the hell they want to do with whoever the hell they want to do it with.

But impulse is a damning thing.

    (So is love.)

    *

Or, Piers and Leon are together. There’s no room for Chris (at least, that’s what he thinks.)

This is meant to be Kinktober Day 2, but considering I almost hit 1.6k words, I figured she deserves her own spotlight.
