Characters
Hermie is a siren phoenix that essentially raised themself. They don’t stay dead for long, but they come back as a bird at first and it takes twice as long for them to return to their human form each time they die.
Taylor is a kitsune on his mom’s side and a dragon on his father’s, though he mostly takes after his mother. Most of his magic is based in illusions and fire. When his father stopped visiting, he set out to find him.
Link is a satyr, raised by Marco, a pegasus, and Grant, a chimera. He had a fairly sheltered upbringing until his parent’s failed to return from a trip and he was forced to seek them out. He has some weak magic related to nature, but an incredibly powerful kick.
Scary is a naga, who ran away from home after her mom’s human paramour was ‘killed’ because of her. What she lacks in magical ability she more than makes up for in intimidation and brute strength.
Normal is a selkie who, like Link, has been separated from his parents. He keeps Sparrow’s coat with him as well, and is far more protective of hers than he is of his own.
