In 1991, the USSR's flag was lowered for the final time, and with it, Soviet's chest lowered for the final time as well. He was confirmed to be dead by none other than his own children. The funeral was 2 days later. Gone forever but never forgotten. But when so little is known about Countryhumans, a species of less than 200, there's bound to be miscalculations and faulty assumptions. So what if forever didn't actually mean forever?

Summary
It's the 90's, and after the USSR collapsed, Russia and his siblings now begin to attend UN meetings as their own nations. As they go to their first UN meeting, Russia meets his father's enemy for the first time... America. Naturally, neither are happy with their seating arrangements being next to each other. What will happen when UN forces them to keep going out on the town and learn to get along with each other?
(im a perfectionist so most of it will be as "historically accurate" as I can make it. but also please keep in mind that this is fiction and some things are just for plot, and also absolutely does not represent my actual feelings towards the countries or what they stand for. this is just a stupid fanfic lol.)

Where a Soviet soldier, trained to face any situation and to be able to blend in with any problem that might arise, manages to infiltrate an American military base specialising in space defense and exploration with clearly malicious intentions, according to the investigations of Soviet experts, to sabotage the United States army and leak information about the experiments carried out at said base.
But he wasn't just any soldier, and it turned out he wasn't as prepared for anything as he thought... Or at least he wasn't at all prepared for his eccentric office mate.
