Summary
Roy liked Jason and every one had understood and accepted this, some more reluctantly than others (Dick and Bruce), others were not particularly interested, as long as they did not come to poke their nose into their homoerotic relationship with their best friend (Tim, Cass and Damian).
Roy also liked ice cream, an obsession he had ever had since Oliver bought him one after a rather long patrol and it has since become his favorite post-patrol food.
Roy liked both Jason and ice cream, so he had rightly decided to combine the two.
