Kuroda Ryuuichiro had always liked Shin.
He’s liked him since the first day he’d set eyes on him- back when he was still Kumiko’s student, and he’d come to return her phone. He had appreciated the way Shin had known the truth- guessed it even before he’d entered the house- knew who they were, who she was, and had still given them a chance. He had been in another room then, could hear the conversation taking place in the main room and wasn’t trying to listen- not really, but had found himself drawn to the conversation, the boy’s polite but confident words piquing his interest.

Summary
Kumiko felt her knees buckle, now that the adrenaline had started to wear off.
“Crap,” she thinks, just as an arm wrapped around her waist, pulling her up into a familiar embrace. She glances up in surprise, wide eyes crinkling into a broad smile when she sees who it was.
“Shin. You’re here.” Shin hums softly in response, hazel eyes watching her intently, a silent question in his gaze. She shakes her head subtly-I'm okay- and blushes when he rolls his eyes and adjusts his grip on her, pulling her even closer so that her full weight was supported against his body.
“Baka.”A/N: I've changed some bits of scenes so that it includes Shin, and there's a mix of drama and anime (mainly drama). Please read with Matsujun in mind as Shin *laughs* :) And yes, the title is in reference to Arashi's song because that has been stuck in my head

Summary
Harry watched as she walked away, heart sinking lower and lower with every step she took, away from him- from them.
From their lives.
He continued to stare forlornly at the spot she’d been just moments ago, heart clenching at the painful realization that this really was it.
She was gone.
She never once looked back. He mused absently, the thought slicing even deeper into his tenderly wounded heart that maybe she’d been wanting this all along- had been so eager to leave that she could so easily leave them behind without a second glance.
