They’re gone. They’re gone! No! That’s not fair! You can’t do this to me! Why couldn’t you have just killed me! Why did you have to send me here! Away from them!
My friends. My sister. My mom. My husband. My babies-
Or
Kronos earns his title of Crooked One by sending Percy Jackson back in time. Only, he didn’t do it immediately. No, he allowed twenty years of a fulfilling life. Survival, pleasure, peace. Then he rips it all away.

Summary
“That guy I saw in the orientation film, the one with all those beads wrapped around his arms. He said he was the Assistant Director.” Percy said. “Who is he? He didn’t really talk about himself.”
Mr. D puts down a card with more force than Percy thought was necessary. “His name is Makários,” happy, privileged, blessed, his head automatically translates. “Firstborn of Apollo, Favored of Hestia. Though he insisted that everyone call him Mr. Mark since he ‘always hit his mark’, but really it was because his name was a mouthful.”
“Wait, he’s the guy that always comes back to life, right?” Percy asked. He thinks about how the color of the man’s eyes matched the flicks of amber gold in his own eyes. The man looked so kind.
“Usually.” was the Camp Director’s response. “But he’s been gone for a while. His most recent death wasn’t exactly normal. Dropped dead in front of all of us one day during breakfast and traumatized all the poor brats.”
“...Oh. I’m sorry.”
Or: This is not the first time Percy has been alive.
Though this was the first time he was born as a child of the Sea rather than a child of the Sun.

Summary
The Iron bleeds, the Sea deceives,
The hidden one, no god reprieves
The Pit shall rise, the Thrice shall begin,
And the seventh will break when a god is born within. In one life, Persephone Jackson was feared. Not openly—the gods wouldn’t dare admit they feared a mortal, not even their savior. But she was.
In this life, Percy digs a bit too deep. A god's power is very different from a primordial's. And Tartarus isn't so pleased with the demigod who used his essence.
AKA Percy and Luke time-travel to Ancient Greece. Meanwhile, the gods scramble to find the subject of their new prophecy

Summary
The melody softens exponentially. It takes shape and resembles closely the way the original song is played, but with a careful dose of softness and light that Enid can’t help but pour into everything she does.
While Wednesday prefers the dark rendition that filled her ears only seconds ago, she finds that she isn’t displeased with the brighter form the music takes shape in. She quickly wonders if she's suffering a stroke.
Or
Wednesday learns that Enid can play the piano, and it’s all been downhill from there.
