Journals are supposed to be a coping mechanism. Something to let people exert their emotions in a safe way. Patton doesn't believe in that though. His journal served him one important role. It was a reminder of the words that hurt the most.

Summary
"Does Maki know how much of a little baby you are?” Yuuta whispered into Inumaki's ear. He was done. He couldn't take this anymore. He unzipped his jacket with his free hand letting his face be shown. Yuuta gasped he didn't expect Inumaki to have cursed speech. Yuuta started to get up as Maki yelled "Don't Inumaki. Yuuta, you'll only make it worse dont fight back Yu.. ” but it was too late.
“DON’T MOVE” Inumaki whispered and everybody froze, unable to move.
Yuuta’s face paled as he realized he too couldn't move. Normally he wasn't affected by cursed techniques like this because he was stronger than them. Yuuta started to gather his cursed energy trying to fight against Inumakis’s but it was no use.
Inumaki focused his cursed energy on Yuuta as he said “KNEEL”. Yuuta fell to his knees as Inumaki stood up, he had no control over it and he still couldn't move without command.

Summary
Sanji turned to yell at Zoro about how much of an idiot he could be sometimes too, when a ghost flew straight through Zoro’s body.
Nothing happened for a second, and Sanji was about to turn to Robin and say, See? The ghosts aren’t doing shit, when Zoro fell to the ground too.
Sanji would never admit it, but his stomach dropped right along with him.
He tried to mentally prepare himself for whatever Zoro was about to say—hopefully something about wanting to come back as moss in the next life.
“I’m sorry I was ever born,” Zoro said.
That was the worst fucking thing he could have said.
Or, Sanji finds himself reevaluating his and Zoro’s relationship after some stupid ghosts make Zoro say awful shit.

Summary
It’s not that Sanji isn’t relieved to fuck almighty that no one else is sick, because he’s going to be thanking his lucky stars for that one for a very long time, but isn’t that just the story of Sanji’s stupid fucking life that he was the only person in the crew weak enough to fall ill.
“I’m sorry Sanji!” Chopper cries. “I’m going to do my best to make you feel better as soon as possible but you’re going to feel really crappy for a while!”
Somewhere in the New World, the strawhats free its inhabitants from the tyrant of the week, and help put its pieces back together.
Days after sailing away, Sanji finds himself feeling horribly sick, and has to confront the old ghosts that haunt his food scarcity trauma, and maybe learn to let others take care of him in the process.Basically just a character study exploring the concepts of Sanji and emetophobia and food as a metaphor for (self?) love.

“No.” The word grinds out between clenched teeth, Sanji’s jaw working. For a second, Zoro can see the other eye and the maniac fire rising in both. “You ever go hungry?”
