When Celine worried about whether she would be able to care for Rumi on top of all of her other duties, the Honmoon heard. For its lone Huntress and the child she cared for, it would do what it could to ease her burdens, in any way it could. It would have been nice had the Honmoon warned Celine that it was going to give her the power to mimic demons.

Summary
Halloween is supposed to be simple: find enough candy for the growing crowd of trick-or-treaters outside the HUNTR/X tower, survive their ridiculous schedules, and finally spend a quiet night together with horror movies, snacks, wine, and whatever comes after.
Instead, Mira and Zoey stumble across a strange hidden market, an unsettling old woman, and an ancient board that supposedly has one very specific purpose:
Summoning demons.
Of course, they know better. They’ve spent most of their lives hunting demons, the Honmoon has been sealed for over a year, and there shouldn’t be anything left to summon.
So really, what’s the worst that could happen?
Meanwhile, Rumi is stuck in a meeting at Sunlight Entertainment and, for some completely inexplicable reason, keeps feeling an increasingly urgent need to go home and see her girls
Surely those two things have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
