‘Carlisle,’ Charlie said, putting his pen down. ‘There’s someone sitting in that building over there, right now, selling addictive painkillers to anyone with enough cash. Monsters existed in my town a long time before you showed up. Besides, someone’s got to keep the deer population down.’
In which Carlisle grapples with shame, Charlie grapples with some very human monsters, and both of them grapple with the horror of having to take days off work.

Summary
It's a Freaky Friday type of situation in Konoha when a strange jutsu hits a still ANBU Kakashi and a freshly minted chünin Iruka.
The Hokage puffed on his pipe, looking at them thoughtfully. Not-Iruka, he needed to get used to thinking of his body as Kakashi or something, was standing defensively to the side. The implications of it all were enough to drown himself in if he’d been able to move a muscle, but one in particular stuck in his mind.
“This means I’m going to have to brush my teeth in the dark, doesn’t it?” Iruka asked. The Hokage chuckled around his pipe.
“I suppose that depends on Kaka-”

‘You're in heat. I could help you get rid of that right now,’ he replied. ‘On the other hand, if you refuse, I'll have to keep you here for three days until your heat is over. There are a lot of enemy ninjas out there who could hurt you, you know?’
Iruka growled. He couldn't be serious.
‘Of course, the decision is yours. I won't touch you if you don't allow me to,’ Kakashi said mockingly.
‘ANBU will come looking for me.’
‘I'll kill them.’
‘Let me go! I could have handled this by myself! And above all, if I'm in heat, it's none of your business anymore!’
Iruka groaned as his back slammed into the wall behind him, closing his eyes with a grimace of pain. In a split second, he was cornered by Kakashi's firm arms that positioned on either side of his head, leaving him with no escape. It had all happened so fast that he could barely process it. When he opened his eyes and met Kakashi's piercing gaze, Iruka felt small.
‘As if I had let someone else to touch you,’ Kakashi said in a hoarse voice, sending a chill down Iruka's spine. He tilted his head to one side and his uncovered eye stared intently at the omega's neck. ‘I thought I'd made that clear.’
