Jimin Park is an editor at Wings Books. He has a good life and great friends and a zillion ways to manage stress. There are some stresses, though, that you can't plan for. When it feels like suddenly all of the rugs are being pulled from under him, he's a bit lost and has to figure out how to cope. Life goes from being a neatly planned event to a minefield. Luckily, he works with one children's author who is absolutely perfect in every way and could never do anything to make Jimin's life difficult: Jungkook Jeon.
His life becomes even more tangled and harrowing when he's assigned to work with a new author who is demanding and rude. (But it's still funny.)

Summary

Best friends Jimin and Jeongguk made a deal at age 18 - if neither one of them is married by age 30, they'll just marry each other to spare themselves the stress of finding the perfect spouse.
Fast forward twelve years. Jimin and Jeongguk haven't seen each other since the night they made that deal, but a mutual friend's wedding brings them back together like two magnets, and the old deal that they had both tucked away resurfaces, making them both question exactly what a happy marriage looks like and if they want that with each other.
