Even without his power, weakened by pain and a dozen meds, he could lurch across the table, rip out Endeavor's jugular with his teeth-

Hawks' face hardens, and he gets this distinct, uncomfortable feeling that Hawks is staring straight into his soul. Dabi would rather never learn what he sees.
Or: The "I had nowhere else to go" trope, but take out all the fluff and make it dark.

"It was easy, giving in to Dabi. His rough hands maneuvered Hawks' body just how they wanted. His delicious mouth and lips opened him up under their touch with almost no resistance.
He had gone to Dabi again the next night, and when Dabi opened the door of his bedroom, he was leaning against the frame with a practiced casualness.
'You up for round two?' he asked, reaching up to cup the back of Dabi’s neck and bringing their lips together.
Dabi chuckled, a sound that rumbled low in his chest and made something in Hawks melt.
'Sure thing, birdie,' Dabi said, and the reins slipped from Hawks’ grasp."
Dabi and Hawks are two extraordinarily broken people who are destined to go to war. They have sex.
