Y/N Stark has never wanted to be an Avenger.
She doesn't want a suit, doesn't want to save the world, and has absolutely no interest in following in her father's heroic footsteps. She wants fast cars, late nights, expensive mistakes, and the freedom to make every questionable decision Tony Stark spent the first seventeen years of her life teaching her how to make.
Then Afghanistan changes him.
Suddenly, Tony wants rules. Curfews. Phone calls. Names, addresses, locations—and apparently the full legal identification of any boy unfortunate enough to be found in his kitchen the morning after.
Y/N does not take the transition well.
Enter Peter Parker.
Tony expects his reckless daughter to be a terrible influence on his painfully responsible protégé. Instead, somewhere between stolen cars, bad parties, late-night drives, garage floors, and arguments neither of them ever wins, Peter starts teaching Y/N that knowing the risk doesn't always mean she has to take it.
The problem is that Y/N is teaching him something too.
And somewhere along the way, Peter Parker becomes the one risk she has absolutely no idea how to calculate.

Reader is Peter Parker's best friend, longest friend, earliest friend, all of the above. However she is not Peter's girlfriend. The honour belongs to MJ. That doesn't mean that Reader doesn't have a massive crush on Peter.
When Peter-Two and Peter-Three arrive, it's revealed that Reader looks identical to their girlfriends. The women they loved. However her counterparts died in their arms.
This makes the two new Peters highly protective of her. They won't let her die again.
It also messes with her head, because is it possible to feel attracted to three different versions of the same man? Does it count as a love triangle if they are all the same person, but from different dimensions?
