“What’s your name?” The mystery boy asked. His voice filled Joshua’s head, almost leaving him dizzy as he got lost in his eyes.
“Joshua Hong” he said absently, silently cursing himself for answering.
The boy nodded and moved his face closer to Joshua’s “can I come in. Joshua Hong?” He asked him, dragging out his name. He ran his hand down Joshua’s arm, resting it on top of Joshua’s hand on the handle.

Dream is sent to prison with Sam as his guard, keeping watch over him constantly. Sam is the only one who talks to him during his time of isolation, and soon Dream starts to feel emotions that he would rather loose his last life to than face head-on. Sam, on the other hand, is willing to wait as long as it takes to get Dream to become his and his alone.
Well.....to a degree.
When Dream makes a fatal error during his captivity, Sam can no longer keep his emotions in check.

Gigai are meant to help a shinigami recover quietly in the living world, so why not arrancar? At least, this was probably the thought process Uruhara had when Grimmjow finally came out of a coma. Too bad that thought was almost immediately followed up with thinking of ways to make the situation Ichigo’s problem.
