The feeling in his stomach is like first date nerves all over again. What is it about Gladio that makes him feel this way? A rhetorical question undoubtedly. After all, he told Gladio he was in love with him on their very first date.

And there it is. If he'd preferred to conceal his feelings from Noct the window closed far too rapidly and he’s left with an expression that details everything about why this is as bad as Noct obviously feared.
Set following the alternative ending to Episode Ignis. The showdown with Ardyn ultimately pushed them apart and for Gladio, it’s easy to live in denial when you're an ocean apart. But now Ignis is back.

And yeah, Dean can see the logic of that. Maybe not necessarily about money, but he could think of a billion examples where he opted to go it alone, shutting others out, even Sam, so that he could be in complete control of a situation. So that it was all on him when it inevitably went sideways. It wasn’t always the wrong decision, but it was as lonely as fuck. Especially when it was Sam that he was pushing away.
Set following the events of ‘Every Day is Exactly the Same'. Dean convinces his employee that letting others help isn’t so bad with the benefit of his extensive experience on the subject.

“Time is a precious commodity, Mr. Amicitia,” Ignis says flatly, “so I suggest we don't waste any more of it than is absolutely necessary.” He flicks Gladio a look of unfiltered disdain—payback for being late. “I'm sure you must have important abdominal crunches to be doing.”
The smile on Gladio’s face fades. His nostrils flare slightly—then, as though that response was a figment of the imagination, he's grinning again. Still, there's a certain satisfaction in seeing the other man rattled, even just momentarily.
“Well, I'd hate to keep you from cuttin’ Noct’s breakfast into bite size pieces, or foldin’ his pyjamas,” Gladio says.
Gladio and Ignis are drawn to each other, but for all the wrong reasons. This is... a problem.

Summary
Bucky woke up with a headache, a mouth that tasted like something had died in it, and hands-down, swear-to-god, the most beautiful man he had ever seen asleep in his lap.
Bucky was also, he realized after a moment, strapped down to a hospital bed with about six different monitors making unsynced, equally piercing, beeps. Beyond that he couldn’t quite see—there was a hideous floral curtain pulled around the bed, and while he could just make out figures moving in the room beyond it, the pattern made his head pound even worse the longer he looked at it.
So. That was concerning.

Summary
When Bucky fell from that train, when he slipped through Steve’s fingers, it had felt like the end of the world, a cataclysm whose blast radius was limited to one Steven Grant Rogers. Everyone else, he’d thought, could survive it, even if it hurt them. Steve could not. Steve had not, even if that had proven to be a temporary state of affairs.
Now, Steve’s world doesn’t feel like it’s ending. It feels like it’s beginning again: a violent transformation, a terrible rebirth. It roars through him, hope and horror in equal measure, drowning everything else out.
After the Avengers find a frozen Bucky in an abandoned HYDRA base in Siberia, Steve thinks that everything will be okay now that he has Bucky back, now that he's safe and alive and healing, now that they're together again. But Bucky's road to recovery is long, and Steve and Bucky have fundamentally different ideas about what it means to come home from the war seventy years later than they'd expected to. Those different ideas might even be irreconcilable. Even if Steve has found Bucky, he's going to have to reckon with the ways he's lost himself along the way, or risk losing Bucky forever.
