   Summary

   After the trial of Korekiyo, Monokuma employs a new motive to accelerate a killing within the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles; the next person to slaughter a classmate and get away with it gets to choose someone to escape with. Kokichi takes this opportunity to commit a murder- allowing both himself and Shuichi a chance at freedom. However, freedom comes with a cost, and trying to move on with their lives only causes them to cling harder to one another. Codependency wraps around them with ease, and soon it feels like there's nothing left of each other to give.
