Seungcheol stood tall, looking each of his members in the eye (or in the sunglasses, in Mingyu’s case). He saw the determination in their stances, the readiness in their gaze. They were prepared. They could do this.
He closed his eyes one last time, running through the plan. Get in, get out. Quick, easy, reliable. They were the best mercenary team in all of Asia, and tonight they would prove it. He opened his eyes again, rubbed his hands together, and let the gleam of anticipation creep onto his face. His teammates started to smile, mischief showing in their eyes. They could do this.

Summary
Technoblade rarely travels in the Nether anymore. He'd come down here this time to gather a few materials he can't get in the Overworld, and then he was going to leave the place where he was born but not raised.
And then he’d heard the snuffling. It’s a quiet thing, sniffling mixed with high-pitched whines, and, oh, there go his instincts. Recognizing the sound even though he’s never heard it before- though he definitely made it in his youth.
There’s a piglet nearby, and they’re terrified.
He casts one final, forlorn glance at the gold he’d seen higher up, and then he turns to follow the sound.

Summary
Kageyama blinks once before a grin of his own spreads over his face. Shouyou’s breath halts in his lungs at the sight, and he wills for time to stop, just so that he can drink it in. He sees it sometimes when they’re playing - Kageyama’s fierce smile when they pull a combo off just right, when they show their opponents how possible the impossible can really be. But then there’s another serve, another rally, and the moment is gone.
'Shame,' Shouyou thinks to himself, as he lets his eyes roam over Kageyama’s stupidly happy face, taking in the creases that are from joy rather than frowning for a change. 'It’s a really nice smile.'

Day 7: Soulmate AU and Weapons
"Who's that?" Dream heard Sapnap ask from the driver's seat.
"Bad, Sap, meet Goggles," Dream sighed. "World-class sniper, asshole criminal, and my soulmate. Apparently."
"What?" Dream heard his two teammates exclaim.
"You still have me on your file as codename Goggles?" George snickered. "Tell me you can't hunt down a sniper without telling me you can't hunt down a sniper," George mumbled sarcastically.
"Yeah okay," Dream rolled his eyes before loading his gun and shooting it in George's direction again.
The rules were very easy. Simply put, soulmates are not able to physically harm each other. Not fatally anyway. No punching, no hitting, no weapons as well including knives, guns, not even a baseball bat. Rules are still unclear about second-hand injuries like drowning and tripping, you know, convenient accidents.
Most of the time, this works out very well for people. You wouldn't want to fatally harm your soulmates.
But then again, most people weren't snipers whose soulmates are special agents that are out to get them.
