Summary
Nearing the back of the garden, something caught his eye. A speck of light shimmering off something buried in the ground. It looked to be right next to the carrots if the spouts were anything to go by and Techno perked immediately. He hopped closer and crouched down, already dusting the soil away. It wasn’t a coin, he discovered, but a carrot. A glimmering, Golden Carrot.
“Oh,” he murmured softly, placing his basket on the ground and gently pulling it up.
He thumbed over it, the dirt falling like snow to the ground.
Real.
He turned it over in his hands.
This was a real Golden Carrot.
Shit.

Summary
Techno hadn’t gotten out of the car.
The social worker had tried to get him to move but he hadn’t. He just sat there, staring straight ahead, his face half covered by a sweep of jagged hair.
Phil went out to talk to them, smiling that big smile he did every time government or official people came by and the social worker seemed to sag into a friendly shrug, leaving Techno alone in the car. Phil said he was gonna take the lead on this one, and that it would be better for Wil to stay indoors while they got introduced. He said it could be a bit overwhelming.
Wilbur thought that was bullshit, but he’d obeyed anyway. Anxiously waiting in on the couch to see his twin for the first time in 3 years.

Summary
A man leaned on the gate over him, carefully lined up against his property border, hands folded behind his back. His face, back lit as it was, looked perfect; sharp features, cat-like tilted eyes, a light, playful, perfect smile painted over his face. Everything about him looked lithe, from the way his legs pressed daintily under him or his torso bent and twisted over with a playful tilt. Dark curls bounced just above his eyes, framing their shocking gold perfectly.
“I don’t think we’ve met. Can I have your name?” he asked, folding one hand out from behind his back and extending it towards Techno.
“I’m afraid I don’t usually give it out to strangers.”
Or: Techno meets a fae. It doesn’t go like expected.

Summary
Which hurts worse? broken bones or a collar?
(Neither. A promise of kindness kills faster than any weapon.)
((So why isn't he dead yet?))
For as long as he can remember, Techno's been a fighter, a weapon, a tool for others to use and discard.
Maybe this time would be different. Maybe this time sweet words wouldn't come with stinging fists and promises of pain. Maybe this time he could finally wash the blood from his hands and live a simple life.
Eh.
Probably not.
-----
Buried to his eyes in debt from both his own failings and his son's stupid decisions, Philza Craft is forced to do the one thing he promised himself he would never do.
Buy a slave to enter the rings.
aka, the fic where Techno is an abused fighter and Philza unwittingly adopts him into his chaotic family. Will he learn he's more than a weapon to be used? Yes. Will it take a considerable amount of time and convincing? Yes. Will it be easy? Heck no, especially not with their pasts looming over them.
What was it Tommy always says? 'pog through the pain'?
Pog through the pain they will.

Summary
The first time Tubbo ever held a bow, he was 7 years old. Knocking the arrow left him red-faced and frustrated, but he still pulled back the string as far as his little arms could manage it. Back, back, back till—
His fingers slipped. The arrow bounced off his arm with a sharp snap! And collapsed to the grass a foot away, leaving his inner arm smarting and bright pink.
Schlatt laughed and said it was ok, but Tubbo didn’t need consoling. He needed another arrow.
or, a story in short scenes about Tubbo and his relationship with archery and everything that comes with it.

Summary
“Hey! This is Jack the Dalton speaking. Probably couldn’t catch your call due to doing cool… bathroom tile salesman… stuff. Leave a message and I’ll hit you back up. Ciao!”
“I don’t know where I am right now.” Mac mumbled. He was aware he was slurring, slightly. He felt like he weighed a million pounds, or maybe like he’d been welded in place into his car. Immovable. Lethargic. His skin felt damp, he didn’t know if he was sweating or bleeding. He felt too cold to be sweating. “But I need help. Can you…”
Mac closed his eyes. Can you what? Find me? Not leave me? Just talk to me?
The voicemail beeped, marking an end to the message.
Mac redialed.
