Summary
Din Djarin is the Mandalorian Prince of Nevarro, raising his fae baby he found in the woods. This seems to be of no consequence until a Dark Fae demands Din give him the child, and Din is cursed when he refuses. His family is now trapped in the Castle, changed and no longer human, while Din is transformed into a Beast to wait for his true love.
Jaster Mereel is (retired) King of All Kingdoms, on the hunt for an impressive, hidden library. He comes across a snarky, not-extinct Mythosaur that lets him stay and read, and gets more than he bargained for.
Beauty and the Beast inspired, featuring Din as the Mythosaur!Beast, Jaster as Belle, Tor as Gaston, and everyone else as sentient furniture.

Summary
Carl loves his new job as a forest ranger. Solitude, peace, quiet, a chance to walk barefoot on the moss, and an old log cabin to live in with Donut. Even though he's broke as shit and all the other rangers say his new post is haunted, he's content. He doesn't believe any of the old superstitions about stick people or ancient entities or bigfoot living in the woods.
He probably shouldn't have walked barefoot, though. Now the legends believe in him.

I frowned, looking around the table before my eyes landed on the hulking, hunched over form of the man sitting directly to my right, currently stuffing his face with a cutlet with his bare hands, not even bothering with a fork and knife. He dropped the cutlet and chewed, covering his mouth with his elbow and grinning waving at the table with his spice-and-butter covered hand.

It’s Alumni Weekend at Carl’s Alma Mater, and he plans to surprise Bea with tickets to the Alumni Bar Crawl. When Carl finds out Bea cheated on him, however, he’s quick to cancel plans. Unfortunately, he forgot to cancel with the babysitter, and he is talked into going to the bar crawl alone.
Everything goes smoothly until he winds up sitting next to his grumpy former mycology professor at the first bar, and he accidentally bites off more than he can chew.
