Summary
Atsumu has always known he's hard to get along with.
Osamu paved the way for many of his friendships because of that. Suna, for one, though he'd always claim they weren't friends (Atsumu knew better). Aran was always 'their friend' but Atsumu also knew it was still thanks to his brother. Gin simply by virtue of being on the same team.
He never really cared before now.

Tendou Satori didn't think he'd heal. He didn't really try either. He's lost everything; his motivation, his humor, his wit, his lo- He thought this is how he might die and maybe everyone would be better without him. 'He' obviously didn't care, so why would anyone else.
His best friend is trying to help, too. But he has his own life to live and all Satori does is pull him down.
He's not really sure why he chose to go with Semi. Perhaps it would be one last hurrah and he could get lost in the backwoods of Osaka. Instead, he meets the charismatic owner of an onigiri shop and he's not sure why, but Miya Osamu seems to be trying, too...
So maybe Satori will stay.

Summary
It was just after Christmas when he’d found them. It had been blisteringly cold, even for the time of year, and Kita had been finishing up his chores for the night. He'd just closed the barn door, pulled his scarf closer to his face when he heard them.
At first it sounded like the whine of one of his many barn cats. Something about it gave him pause though, the sound felt off, so he listened for it again. When no sound came, he started walking, but when he turned to leave he heard a long, loud whine. This time it definitely didn’t sound like a cat. He turned and started following the perimeter of his barn. He didn’t hear the sound again, but he could hear light shuffling, and a soft snorting sound.

Heading home, he's excited to find his friend, Goshiki Tsutomu, will be back in Miyagi as well. His heart swells with the idea of spending time with him.
He'd always had a little crush on Goshiki, but it comes back tenfold when they decide to meet up for the summer festival.

But then there was the one guy. The one he’d met in first year. Who tormented him with a practice he didn’t want, smirks he couldn’t get out of his head, and the most horrendous laugh he’s ever heard.

Summary
Since he was young, Yamaguchi Tadashi has been confused by his soul mark. Or… marks, rather. He has two marks, one on either wrist. The first was a pair of cranes. He's joked with his childhood friend Tsukishima that it is for him, his beta best friend who decided he wasn't romantically compatible with his own soulmate. Tsukishima still saw his soulmate once a week and it was the only privacy that he asked of Yamaguchi. Tsuru - cranes - and Tsukishima... At this point, Yamaguchi wonders if he is fated forever to be alone when it comes to matters of the heart. It's okay. Tsukishima helps him where an alpha usually would, and what they have is neither merely friendship, but not exactly a romantic partnership.
He shakes the thought from his head, mind drifting now to his other mark, as it usually does. A shrine, the most generic version of the ones available. Miya. He has no way of knowing if it was someone's first or last name or merely part of their name. It was one of the most common names. It only confuses him further. He's searched kanji to try to find something to connect these two. But there was a chance, as well, that these two people could effectively be strangers to each other.

Summary
Atsumu was the oldest (by fifteen minutes) of the Viscount of Karasuno’s eight children, and as far as he’s concerned, the best part of being the heir is being able to spend his time chasing after cute omegas.
