    Maybe it had always been there. Somewhere deep in her cells. Genetic. Which that could very well be. Her mother loved him too after all. 

    So no, Alina doesn’t know when this obsession with her father—step father—started. Just that she’s always loved him.

    After a text misunderstanding, Aleksander’s feelings become obvious as well.
