Summary
Shane Hollander is seventeen when his aunt Olivia and his cousins give him his first motorcycle: a used green Triumph Bonneville T100, bought for no other reason than that he loves it.
Motorcycles become the part of Shane’s life that hockey doesn’t own. There are long roads outside Ottawa, weekends in Olivia’s garage, two older cousins who treat him like a little brother, and a family that reminds him he is allowed to want things that have nothing to do with becoming the best hockey player in the world.
Then Shane meets Ilya Rozanov.
In another life, they might spend years convincing themselves that what they have is impossible. In this one, Shane learns a little earlier that loving someone and choosing them are not necessarily the same thing as knowing what comes next.
The world may still have something to say about two rival hockey stars falling in love.
