In which Peter is Tony’s biological son but Obadiah Stane signed away Tony’s rights, making the Parker’s believe Tony himself did so. Tony learns he’s Peter’s dad when he shows up at the Parker’s apartment like in Civil War.
Series of oneshots about their relationship slowly forming. May is great and Tony is great and poor Peter is just conflicted, but happy ending and all that. May and Tony do wonderful coparenting.

Summary
In which Peter is Tony's biological son, but Tony chose not to be in his life until May and Ben passed away. Tony gets surprise custody of Peter right in the middle of the plot of Iron Man 2, and their first couple months together do not go well at all. Tony continues self-destructing and pushing everyone away, which now includes 14-year-old Peter.
They get through it, and Tony redeems himself. Peter doesn't easily let go of his abandonment and trust issues, though.

"Mr. Wayne,” Clark says, a tense smile on his face. His own pheromones are concealed like always but Bruce would put money on him having to wrangle them into submission with an omega in heat so close. “You've brought quite the crowd today.”
“Silly me, I must've left my collar at home,” he sighs, standing up straight in Clark's arms after leaning nearly all of his weight on him. The alpha releases his grip, his fingers hovering over Bruce's arms before they drop down to his sides.
“You never wear a collar, Mr. Wayne,” Clark corrects. He's right of course–Bruce Wayne has never worn an omega collar. It's about as taboo as he can get.

OrOmega Bruce Wayne gets mild mannered alpha reporter Clark Kent to be his heat partner. After spending an unplanned heat together, he might be getting more than he bargained for. On top of that, he hasn’t told Clark who he is yet.
