“In...space?” As if wormholes could just pop up in bathrooms. “And I need to get back—.”
He cut off as Shiro touched his cheek, fingertips skimming along his scar, the action enough to paralyze him into silence. Keith’s scar wasn’t sensitive exactly, but the skin around it acted like it needed to compensate for that. Keith usually couldn’t even tolerate his own hand. But Shiro’s fingers were careful, reverent almost, tracing the edges and then covering it with his thumb.
It was then that Keith knew that this couldn’t be any version of the Shiro Keith knew. That Shiro wouldn’t even look at his scar, gaze deliberately repelled from it, hadn’t even commented on it—so much so that Keith at first thought he was crazy, that it was only a mark he himself could see.

Or Keith falls through a wormhole into an alternate dimension. One where he's dead and Shiro isn't handling it well.

Summary
Keith went back to window-gazing, grateful that his mother hadn’t scolded him for not looking through the summer camp pamphlet more thoroughly. It was something he’d been planning to do with his father.
It was something he’d never get to do, now. One more entry in the ledger book of memories they’d never get to make.
A green sign with white lettering appeared in the distance:
Camp Sunset
10 milesKeith set his jaw, determined to follow through, despite the agony of arriving at this place in the shadow of his father’s death.
“We’re almost there,” he said.
...For Keith, Camp Sunset is a bittersweet step forward: a chance to carry his memories of his father into the future without letting them pull him down into darkness. He remembers his bunkmate Matt Holt, the childhood best friend he'd had to leave behind when his family moved away. He remembers Matt's sister Katie, too.
He doesn't remember Shiro...
But Shiro remembers him.

For a split second, he can imagine himself walking down the aisle and meeting Lan Zhan at the very end. His face would be stuck in a lovesick smile, with both his sister and his brother at his side. He might even cry. Wei Ying wouldn't put it past himself. Lan Zhan would get dewy-eyed, ears red with love and Wei Ying's heart would burst, too full and overwhelmed. They'd say their vows, Wei Ying's speech length and Lan Zhan's shorter but no less heartfelt. They'd kiss and Wei Ying would refuse to let him go, having to be carried back down the aisle. He'd have it no other way.

Jiang Cheng's life hasn't always been easy, but things were going alright. Everything was well, he was happy...except for the fact that his brother, Wei Ying, was dating someone he couldn't stand: Lan Zhan. And when Lan Zhan proposes to Wei Ying, Jiang Cheng loses his temper, and gets into a fight with them. The fight causes Wei Ying to run of the house, which results in him getting grievously injured, landing him in a coma.
Jiang Cheng is then forced to deal with the aftermath of Wei Ying's accident, and finds himself unwillingly in the company of Lan Zhan, who frequents Wei Ying's hospital room. But without the one person that linked both of them, how do they repair the relationship between them?
