Summary
Eric and Kel have always been fighting, even after the war. Years have passed since the Human-Covenant war ended, and most have moved on, or are at least trying to. When pirates attack an already illegal operation for forerunner artifacts, they are going to need to rely not just on each other, but on the other marines turned mercenaries stationed there as well. Whether they survive or not may depend entirely on just where the pirates come from too.
