It’s a feeling all too familiar to Leon. He won’t— he can’t let this happen again, he can’t let another innocent person with their whole life ahead of them slip through his fingers because of him again. It happened with Marvin at RPD, it happened with Ada down in those labs, he’s already had to live with the guilt and he can’t stand to just let it keep piling up. He won’t keep letting history repeat itself.
