"Your hair looks kinda funny," Damon points out, reaching and tugging at some of the man's hair, a small smile coming over him at the way he splutters ,slapping his hand away before shrinking into himself.
"Why would you say something like that to someone you've just met?" he mutters, glaring at him with a meek expression, making a point to move away from him, side pressing up against the wall. "I don't even know you."
Damon nods, feeling slightly bad for going straight in with what he supposes is an insult to a stranger. "I forgot to introduce myself, I guess," he replies, putting a hand in his cheek as he stares the boy in the face, perhaps a little creepily if his nervous expression is anything to off. "I'm Damon Maitsu, and you are?"

Kris finds Berdly interesting. Just as they do for every other monster. Theres nothing more to it. Maybe an extra visit on Wikipedia, sure, but never anything more. Especially not multiple days worth of birdwatching. But of course, a stupid blue feather ended up wrecking those plans.
