Their room might as well be a private villa.
It’s massive. The bedroom is nearing the size of the footprint of the whole loft, the bed itself bigger than any bed TK has ever seen before. The staff covered it in a love heart of red rose petals, too, the color popping against the white duvet and matching that of a chez long at the foot of the bed. Around the bedroom are dotted candles, all lit when they first walked into the room attached at the mouth, now blown out because Carlos will never not be a little scared of fire in their bedroom.
The whole wall the bed is facing is bi-folding doors that, when pushed back, give an interrupted view of the sea. They’ve got a section of private beach at the bottom of the backyard-esque area, but before that, an infinity pool is set beyond the slate patio from the bedroom.
It’s almost picture-perfect, and TK can’t believe they’re lucky enough to be in a place like this.

Still reeling from what had just happened TK lay there for a few more seconds, listening as the sounds of his car got further and further away until he couldn’t pick it out from the rest of the background traffic noise.
Figuring that it was finally safe to move, TK slowly pushed himself up off the ground, trying to breathe through the pain. He ended up sitting on the ground, his legs sprawled haphazardly in front of him. Feeling in his pockets he groaned when he realised that he’d left his phone in the car while he’d gone to pump the gas.
Staring out at where his car had driven off, he sat there, unsure of what to do next.
OR
The 126 attend what should be a regular car accident only to find TK's car on fire and the body inside dead and burning.
