Summary
There’s a scene in season 4 episode 2 where it’s implied Brad convinces David to implement playpennies, but it cuts away before we see how. In my opinion Brad gives David mind boggling head in the office to convince him.
Snippet:
David just wanted to go home and forget all of this for a night. All this talk about sex and sex positions had lead to an increasing tightness in his jeans that he would very much like to deal with.Brad stared at him, his expression unreadable. From there, he towered over David, and David suddenly felt extremely vulnerable, pinned under his gaze.
After consideration, Brad let out a soft noise, barely audible, a low hum, and then lowered himself to his knees, face inches from David’s crotch.

Summary
When Brad finds out he has to retake a few college classes or lose his job at Mythic Quest, he decides to enroll at his younger brother’s college- Greendale.
He’s shocked to find the wacky state of things, and resistant to joining the study group or their antics. Of course, it’s only a matter of time before Abed pulls him into some adventure or another.
Brad also enters an on and off secret romantic entanglement with Jeff Winger. It’s not something he’s proud of. -
