    Summary

    After Hunter nearly lost everything, his family is slowly piecing itself back together. Omega is safe, Echo might stick around for a while, and Crosshair...

    Well. Crosshair never makes things easy, but sometimes, he does make them simple. Crosshair wants him.

    Unfortunately, Hunter has no idea what to do with this information.

    Summary

    Hunter stays up late into the night, watching holovids or reading underground news articles about the Empire. He probably shouldn’t do that just before bed. The atrocities don’t help with his dreams.

    But anything is better than staring out the window towards the single room hut across the road. Watching for movements, shadows behind the curtains. Waiting for the light to turn off.

    Despite his best efforts, Hunter always knows when the light turns off.

    ///

    After finally settling on Pabu, Hunter wrestles with the past, his regrets, and his feelings for a certain sniper.
