    Summary

“Forse potrà sembrarti una specie di favola, ma non lo sarà. Questa notte ti narrerò dello stregone più potente della storia e di come il suo destino abbia finito con l’intersecarsi con quello dello stregone più forte della nostra epoca”
Sei anni dopo la battaglia avvenuta a Shinjuku, Yuta Okkutsu ripercorre gli eventi del passato, convertendo una tragedia in storia della buonanotte.

Son Goku is only a few things; most secure and a couple heretofore unknowable, but soon there are strangers from space deciding that sort of thing for him and that - that's something.

Especially when they're calling him a deserter.

    Summary

Nami stares around at the devastation around them. The once large and beautiful trees of Little Garden burn in a blaze of ugly orange. Vivi helps Zoro sit down, his left leg bleeding heavily at the ankle. Luffy and Usopp lay on the grass, as though the entire island isn't burning down around them, laughing with the giants. Her gaze turns to Sanji - the only one she thought responsible enough to be in charge while she worked on her maps.
"You'd better have a good explanation for this."
"I have three," he replies smoothly, soot stained cheeks crinkling in a smart-ass grin. "I'll let you choose your favorite."

    Or

(a parallel universe fic where Luffy accidentally finds an exiled princess, a talking reindeer, and a rebellion waiting for a hero. Which kind of sucks, because Luffy is a pirate, not a hero. But, Vivi seems nice enough to earn the wrong reputation for.)
