Her subconscious is cast back to the locker incident and Queen Administrator is replaced with a slightly modified Chaos Gacha. Izuku has a quirk that gives him insights into the quirks of others. It's not enough to draw the attention of many people, but he'll hone his quirk analysis skills on his classmates so that they can all go Plus Ultra.
I've always thought the snapshot of Izuku's classmates' quirks in the first chapter/episode was underutilised, so I'm maybe going slightly OOC to make them more sympathetic and focusing on what they could have been.
