Fragile gave Lou a watery smile. "I love him, Lou, but things are what they are and that is okay. I'll be here waiting for the day that I can pull him from the seam and we can walk into the waves together."
"No." Lou said with a finality. "Not if I can do something about it."
They are still clutching each other when they suddenly sink into the tar together.

An expansion and continuation of the Ezrabine reunion in Ahsoka S1E6 from a very self-indulgent shipper's take. First thousand-ish words is the scene itself, and the rest is a massive ball of fluff and silliness and diabetes (seriously, bring your reading insulin), including a certain very good boy/girl/hermaphrodite/non-binary creature getting belly rubs. Just wanted to get this out before episode seven locks off canon because I don't trust Dave to be nice to us. :p
