“Don’t be sorry, I feel better than ever. No more guilt, no more pain, no more pining after things I could never have. Now I take what I want, do what I want, and don’t give a shit about anyone else.”
“You say that but you’re still here, I’m still alive, and you could have taken this knife from me at any time.” Sam said after taking a deep breath and gathering his courage. “I think you do still want me around. I think you even missed me while you were gone.” Sam said boldly.

Dean wakes up slowly, gently. There’s a long, hard body pressed up against him; a hot, unyielding line of contact. He is rolled almost fully onto his belly, one leg up for better access, hips rolling into him from behind.
