It had been beautiful for the few hours until after class, when he had come up to the teacher and had asked why his soulmate hurt so much, so often.
His teacher’s face had paled. A yawning chasm had opened beneath his heart.
“I’m sorry, Togame-kun,” she had licked her lips, and had smiled, the too tight smile of an adult about to lie, “it’s… It’s because your soulmate is strong.”

With that usual laid-back sort of smile that belied the strength beneath, Togame qualified, "Guess it depends on what they say."-
Sakura receives an invitation to a class reunion back at the school where he was an outcast. But he has something to prove even if it means he has to do a little acting, and he knows just who might be perfect to help make it happen.

Summary
Mr.Lancer is grading his usual essay when he comes across a surprise.
The essay is well written- if a bit strange grammatically- but well enough formulated and argued that he can't help but give extra credit. When he goes to check the name of who wrote such a beautifully done essay on the themes of "Ithaca" by Catherine Webb, he finds himself surprised to see "Danny Fenton" messily scribbled into the corner.
He'd clearly forgotten to add it before printing again, but it was easily excused with the content of the essay.
He simply HAD to get to the bottom of this little mystery.--
Hell hath no fury like the might of a Vice Principal who curses in book titles when you ignore a 504 plan.
