Summary
Earth is dominated by the Black Arms, a violent, unforgiving species that has spread their influence across the planet. When Sonic learns that the Black Arms are stealing the legendary Chaos Emeralds, he sets out to get them first.
This will set in motion a series of events that will bring Sonic face-to-face with Shadow, a mysterious hybrid who will change his life forever.

Summary
Strange changes have been happening in Sonic’s body as he’s aged in the Wachowski household. While these changes have been confusing and frightening, he’s found himself more comforted by Tom, who his body subconsciously recognizes as the alpha of their little ragtag pack. But Sonic doesn’t know what an alpha is, and he doesn’t realize that his body is preparing itself to present as either an alpha or omega. Things were stable for a little while… until he met a real alpha. An alpha that had the power to make everything make sense again.
(In the beginning, this very closely follows the third Sonic movie)

His eyes dropped back down to the photograph. In the same familiar handwriting scrawled across his own sleeping silhouette in the same marker was:
Sleep well, baby. Took something from you.
His pulse spiked. Took something?
Then it hit him.
Sonic bolted out of bed, his bare feet hitting the cold floor as he sprinted toward the balcony. Yanking down the damp laundry still hanging from the line, he rifles through hoodies and sheets in a frantic search for one flimsy pink piece.
Gone.
The creep fucking stole his panties.
Sonic has a problem. He has a stalker.

Eggman wanted to turn Shadow into a weapon against his will, laying a trap for Sonic. Unfortunately he wasn't as well versed about Black Arms reproduction as he thought he was.
