I want to state now that I am on chapter 26/30 of this fanfic. Here I am in Christmas Eve at 2 am crying every single tear I have left in my body. This fic has genuinely brought emotions deep and strong out of me, seguru in himself beings such a complex and flawed character and satoru being someone almost not flawed in anyway brought such a dynamic that reflected the anime. Haibara and segeru having a relationship that blurred the lines of friendship, becoming parasitic in itself with Haibara always there to catch Seguru, breaking himself in the process in hopes of an intimacy. Every single person in this fan fic was beautifully adapted and written. I have never seen such educated, impactful, thoughtful writing ever honestly and I genuinely with all my heart will remember this. I have never once truly understood depression and ptsd but this fanfic gave me an entire perspective on the inner workings of depression and how no one can truly help you unless you want help yourself. My writing is terrible and I can’t even express exactly how beautiful this truly is.. I have always loved Omegaverse due to the very nuance subject of how scents and bonds play into normal dynamics and this felt so real. I felt like I was watching someones life. This is a unlimited/10 even without finishing
