Summary
It’s the summer of 1996 and Harry’s life is going to hell. Not only is he suffering from increasingly frightening nightmares courtesy of the Dark Lord, oh no. He also presents as an Alpha shortly before his 16th birthday.
Another similarity to Voldemort.
Another pressure added on top of everything else.
One that comes with the obligation to choose and breed someone during the archaic annual Omega lottery.
Someone with dark hair, dark eyes, a melodic deep voice to soothe his nightmares and standards high enough, that Harry has to fight to win him over.
Someone like … Severus Snape.As fated mates find each other, the two protagonists slowly realize they no longer must carry their respective destinies alone. The events surrounding the Battle in the Department of Mysteries may take a rather different turn because of that.
