Summary
“Go for Redfield.”
“Chris.” Leon sounded… not right.
“Lee? You good, man?” Piers perked up, suddenly on high alert.
“Yeah. Yeah, everything is fine. I just… I think I might have become a sugar baby?”
“Gonna be honest bro, I fail to see how this is a bad thing,” Chris deadpanned.
Or: Grace is generous with her time, attention, and—apparently—her luxury face creams. Leon first has concerns about her fiscal responsibility, then about what he's actually bringing to the table once he finds out that "no, baby, let me buy you nice things," isn't his line in this relationship.

Summary
Grace knows the rule of her own existence by heart: connection leads to love, and love leads to death. The math of her life has always been rigged toward ruin.
What she hadn't factored in was Leon S. Kennedy.
So now, the mathematics have shifted. Leon is the input, she is the output, and vice versa. They are locked into each other, entirely and irrevocably. Variables may arise and chaos may ensue, but Grace’s output stays stubbornly the same. No matter the inevitable end, they are birds of a feather, eyes locked until Death sees fit to take them.

Summary
Chris and Leon never had a problem with their arrangement. Both interpersonally and in the hiding-it-from-other-people department.
Well at least until after Alcatraz.
When Chris finally emerged with all paperwork and reports about the incident dealt with, he and Claire went to get lunch together, making use of the opportunity of being in the same country for once to have a little sibling time that didn’t involve being infected with a virus and then fighting a bioweapon.
A lunch for which Chris made one crucial error.
He wore a normal shirt.
All was well as they ordered drinks and food and talked about whatever (their lives, how much of a loser that Dylan guy was, etcetera).
But then Chris rolled his shoulders absentmindedly and watched with a subconscious pang of dread as Claire’s eyes narrowed and back straightened.
“What?” he asked.
“That’s a hickey.” Not a question. A statement.or
Leon and Chris had been sleeping with each other to relieve stress for years no problem, both content to not let their budding feelings ruin what they have. Thankfully they have Claire to make them realise their feelings are more reciprocated than they'd ever hoped.
