Summary
Clarice Chenn, convinced she is possessed by a demon, seeks guidance from Ed and Lorraine Warren. She tells them of dreams that have plaguing her since childhood and of one of her most recent. Rather than seeing signs of possession, the Warrens gently introduce the idea that maybe Clarice's priest, who helped convince her of this demon, may have been leading her astray.
When a different woman approaches them at a lecture and begins to detail a haunting at her farmhouse, Lorraine and Ed think only of Clarice, as the details match with the dream Clarice told them she had. So they find the sweet, strange librarian tucked in her church library and they insist she accompanies them on this case.
Throughout the case it is decided that Clarice Chenn is a love that shall be theirs, all theirs.

Summary
A life on this damned farm was the only one you had ever known, or the only one you could really remember. Through it all, you knew the desolate land to be a strange one. There were times you heard oddly distorted howling in the forest surrounding the farm, or whistling amidst the shadowy trees. There were times the light from your lantern in the evening would catch an animal's glowing eye before it scampered off into the bushes, and you'd swear the creature appeared more human than anything.
But even with your knowledge of the haunted land, you find yourself only more confused and terrified as the strangeness persists after your grandfather disappears from his farmland. The howling worsens. The glowing eyes shift closer. And to only make matters worse, a tall, sickle-happy brunette kills a woman in your front yard. You don't even know where she came from or what she wants with you, and if you had a choice, you would prefer to never find out.
That's not the way the world works, and you know it. You would find yourself haunted by her simple existence until insanity claimed your mind as its own.
