Jamie Tartt is hard of hearing due to a few too many knocks to the head when he was growing up. He doesn’t realize this until coming back to Richmond after LCA, where he doesn’t just have to navigate becoming a better person, but accepting that needing accommodations isn’t soft. This journey follows from childhood, then all through canon up until the end of season 3.

Jamie Tartt is sitting in one of the little plastic chairs put out for the kids on the rug that's made to look like a map. He looks comically large among the kid sized area.
Phoebe is still holding Roy's hand and all Roy can think is: no fucking way Jamie Tartt sees the same dam pediatrician as his seven year old niece.
But then a little boy comes around the corner after Jamie has met Roy's gaze and something imperceptible crosses his face.
"Daddy! They have a bear book! Like at home." The kid, must have been five or so, tumbles right into Jamie fucking Tartt.

Summary
Keeley Jones has been famous for being almost famous for most of her adult life, including for a short lived career as the go-to interior designer for four out of five Spice Girls. The KBPR office has been featured by Architectural Digest. Early on in her career, Vogue did a four page foldout spread on her throw pillows, which had secured Keeley a full wardrobe refresh and a couple thousand tweenaged fans in America.
The point is: anybody with half a brain can see she’s in no need of help when it comes to managing a living space.
She’s not sure what has inspired the entirety of Richmond’s senior squad to become incredibly invested in her home, or why everyone’s suddenly so concerned about her floors.

Summary
Zava’s arrival causes Jamie to spiral into becoming suicidal, however, he wants to write a good farewell letter, before he goes. Writing suicide notes becomes a way to cope as he debates going over the ledge.
Roy discovers the letters after he agrees to train Jamie, accidentally stumbling across just how badly Jamie is doing. He refuses to stand by and let Jamie wilt away and die in front of his eyes, taking it upon himself to personally hold suicide watch for Jamie.
Meanwhile, Sam observes the weird sudden joint at the hip behavior between Jamie and Roy, trying to figure out what is going on and what caused it, before being let into the fold when Jamie needs a roommate during an away game.
